Shipping Methods
All packages are shipped via UPS Groung Service. If you would like you package delivered faster, we can offer Next Day or 2nd day shipping, for an additional charge. Please contact us before you order for expedited shipping rates.
Important Summer Shipping Information
We are NOT responsible for the melting of chocolate products while in transit. We pack as well as possible to prevent melting, but once your order leaves our premises, the weather is out of our control.
No returns or credits on protein bars or any chocolate product due to melting.
IF your order containing chocolate has been in the heat - unpack carton contents without touching individual bars, place boxes in your refrigerator for about an hour. They will reharden and suffer no loss of nutrition.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day after the Holiday.
International Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office before ordering to see if your country permits the shipment of this item to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we cannot issue a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.
For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Meal Replacements - For Personal Use". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.

Returns Policy
To keep our prices competitive we must uphold a strict return and exchange policy.
All items that are returned for whatever reason such as but not limited to: ordered the wrong products, change in diet, taste preferences, ingredient preferences, changes in health, side effects, health care provider recommends different products, etc., are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee of the total cost of the returned products. The customer is also responsible for shipping charges and insurance for return shipping.
If an exchange is requested, the customer is responsible for the 25% restocking and handling fee and all related shipping charges.
Each returned product must be returned unopened, undamaged and new condition. All packets or units must be present for each individual box that is returned. There are no partial credits for an individual box that is missing packets or items. All bottles of products can be returned only if unopened and the safety seals are fully intact and undamaged.
YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR RETURN OF ITEMS, AND GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION, BEFORE RETURNING ITEM(S). REQUESTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Our efforts in this matter are designed with you, the valued customer, in mind. It is our goal to provide you with safe, quality products at discounted prices.
You should expect that your product will arrive in good condition and in a timely manner. We send our products via UPS ground service, unless otherwise requested. We can not be held responsible for delays or damaged product for reasons uncontrollable by Doctors Best weight Loss. Severe weather, transportation problems and backordered products are just a few of those reasons.
If an item from your order is on backorder from the distributor, then we will ship the items that we have available. We will ship the backorder items when they become available to us if the items total a minimum of $7.50. If the backorder items are less than $7.50, then we will cancel that part of the order and credit your account accordingly. This will not affect your shipping charges if you have earned free shipping. |
