All items that are returned for whatever reason such as but not limited to: ordered the wrong products, change in diet, taste preferences, ingredient preferences, changes in health, side effects, health care provider recommends different products, etc., are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee of the total cost of the returned products.stomer is also responsible for shipping charges and insurance for return shipping.

Each returned product must be returned unopened, undamaged and new condition. All packets or units must be present for each individual box that is returned. There are no partial credits for an individual box that is missing packets or items. All bottles of products can be returned only if unopened and the safety seals are fully intact and undamaged.

YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR RETURN OF ITEMS, AND GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA), BEFORE RETURNING ITEM(S). REQUESTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
